Keep the line moving. Don’t invent extra steps.

- ✓Stamp after they pay, before they leave the counter.
- ✓Give the free coffee, then redeem.
Don't
- ✕Don’t scan the shop poster to add a stamp.
- ✕Don’t skip the name check when the line is long.
- ✕Don’t redeem before the free item is in their hand.
Peak hour
Point at the poster while the drink is pouring. Don’t explain the whole program.
Two drinks
Stamp twice if they paid for two. The card should match the cups, not the bill split.
Regulars
If they already have the card, never send them back to the poster. Scan their phone.
